Located in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort, just 8 minutes by car from the beach of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. The contrast between the golf course, the rocky hills and the Atlantic Ocean in the background creates a unique atmosphere of privacy, luxury and tranquility. The modern decoration and the first class materials used will make your stay very comfortable and pleasant.
It has two large double rooms, one on the first floor, which has direct access to the garden and pool. The other bedroom, located on the second floor, has direct access to a fantastic sun terrace with panoramic views. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold) and bathroom with shower. They also have 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them also with a bathtub.
The interior of the house is completed with a bright and modern living room and dining room adjoining the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
This house has a smart flat-screen satellite TV with connection to NETFLIX, YOUTUBE..., air conditioning and a barbecue... everything to make guests feel at home.
The exterior stands out for the private heated pool and the beautiful terrace with dining area, as well as the solarium area with 4 sun beds.
Heated pool: 35€/day extra charge. Maximum 27ºC.

Maspalomas is a quiet tourist spot with a beautiful sandy beach and a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all less than 10 minutes from the villa.
Recommended use of car rental to move around the area easily and comfortably.
