Are you thinking of a dream vacation where comfort and exclusivity are part of everyday life? In this modern apartment renovated in 2020 it is possible!
Located next to the beach of Maspalomas-Meloneras area in a very quiet holiday complex, it has materials and finishes of the highest quality and an unbeatable distribution. It has two large terraces and a balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a community pool.
The house renovated in 2020, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- On the main floor there is the entrance, the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the terrace, which is covered with artificial grass, has two sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils ...
- On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, smart TV and a private balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.
In all rooms there is air conditioning and free high speed wifi.
Daily delivery of bread and croissants is offered for breakfast and weekly delivery of bottled water (extra paid services).
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort that you can expect, as well as a wonderful garden area with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers.
Through the back terrace you can access the common areas such as the community pool, absolutely recommended to visit and enjoy.
Cot and high chair are available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.
From the house you can walk to the Maspalomas Lighthouse through the wonderful Meloneras promenade, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria. There is a supermarket a few minutes away.
In front of the complex there is free parking always available.
This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.
