Newly refurbished with private heated pool located in the Salobre Golf Resort, only 8 minutes drive from the beach of Maspalomas. A beautiful holiday paradise where you can experience peace and tranquillity together with comfort and privacy. In addition, it has ample spaces and a large terrace with direct views of the golf course.
The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace through a large sliding door. This bright and friendly room also offers wonderful panoramic views of the surroundings. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, located on the upper floor, also has its own private bathroom with shower and direct access to a second sunny terrace.
The living-dining room, directly connected to the terrace and the kitchen, has been decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and offers wonderful and pleasant views through its sliding doors. The spacious living room has large windows to enjoy the wonderful scenery, international TV and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and cooking utensils.
The outdoor area has a fantastic private heated swimming pool, surrounded by green spaces and comfortable sun loungers. Especially oriented to enjoy long hours of sunbathing.
The beds and mattresses are of the highest quality so that you can completely relax and enjoy an excellent rest. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Free private parking.
Heated swimming pool has an extra charge of 30 €/day, maximum 27ºC. Please let us know when booking so that it is up to temperature before your arrival.
