How to book
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Remember, when you book through our secure platform, you save up to 20% compared to other holiday websites, since we don't have commissions.
We have 2 systems to make the booking:
1. Make the payment through our secure payment platform. Follow booking instructions by entering the desired dates in each accommodation. Consider that the minimum stays are 6 days.
2. You can also make the reservation via email to info@grancanariastays.com, where we will offer you the information of our bank account (save up to 3% additional):

- 20-30% deposit by bank transfer to book the accommodation.
- Rest 30 days before arrival.
- To do this you must contact us to send the bank information.
Additional notes:
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact us to inform us of your arrival time at the airport, the flight number and organize the key collection.
- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by WhatsApp or phone and go directly to the previously arranged accommodation or meeting point.
- The time of check-in and check-out are flexible, but always subject to availability.
- Deposit: a deposit is required to cover any possible damage. You will transfer it to the our bank account before arrive. The amount depends on the accommodation.
- Deposit refund: on credit card after 48h / 72h of departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
- The entire reservation must be paid in advance.
