Booking policy
PREPAID:
- You must make a deposit in advance by bank transfer to guarantee your reservation. After booking, the accommodation will contact guests to provide instructions on how to make the transfer.
ARRIVAL:
- Check-in: 15:00h - check-out: 10:00h
- If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform the stay in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The guest can cancel the reservation for free up to 42 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay the total price of the reservation if it is canceled during the 42 days before the arrival date. If you do not show up you will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- You must inform the establishment at least 15 days before your arrival.
POLICY OF NOT PRESENTED:
- In case of no-show without informing 30 days before, as indicated in the previous section, you must pay the total amount of the stay.
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children under 2 years of age staying in cribs stay FREE.
