House completely refurbished in 2022 with modern design and high quality materials, where you can enjoy a private heated pool to 28ºC, located in a residential area of Maspalomas. A beautiful paradise to enjoy your holidays, where you can experience peace and tranquility along with comfort and privacy. It has wide spaces, international channels and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi of 300Mbs and air conditioning in all rooms.
The house is divided into two heights:
MAIN FLOOR:
- Terrace with private heated pool included, 2 sun loungers, 2 terrace chairs and outside dining table for 6 people. Part of the terrace has artificial grass, very pleasant to lie down and do yoga or sports and it´s specially oriented to enjoy long sun hours
- Living room-kitchen that connects directly to the terrace through its large sliding doors, offering beautiful views of the outside. The living room has a 65" smart TV with all the international channels and all the sports in Europe such as the Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix included. Fully equipped induction kitchen, with dishwasher, wine cellar and all the necessary utensils for your stay, included a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00m, private bathroom with shower and smart TV with all the international channels, and all the sports in Europe such as the Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix included
- 1 office room to be able to work. This room can be converted into a bedroom for 1 small child who does not want to sleep upstairs
- 1 additional toilet
TOP FLOOR:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2.00m and 43" smart TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2.00m
- 1 bathroom with shower
In total, a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. All rooms have unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi of 300Mbs and air conditioning (hot and cold)
A full weekly cleaning is included (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age free of charge
The included heated pool service is offered for the season from October to April, since it is not necessary during the year. Maximum temperature at 28ºC.
THE USE OF SISHAS ON THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THE ENTRY OF PERSONS OUTSIDE THE BOOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other neighbors is strictly prohibited.

At about 200m there is a supermarket and at 650m the Holiday World, a shopping center with a wide ogastronomy and entertainment offer.
