Our apartment is a very good option! With a modern style, top quality materials and comfort, 150 meters from the beach and with all the services at hand. It is located in a very quiet residential complex with a communal pool.
This wonderful apartment is divided into two levels. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a private terrace with direct access to the community pool and an interior patio. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small living room.
In addition, there is a small attic room with two beds on pallets, designed for children or teenagers so that up to 6 people can stay.
The private terrace is the most welcoming area of the house, where you can read a book lying on the hammocks, have coffee on the outdoor sofa enjoying the sunset or have lunch at the dining table in excellent company. In addition, it has artificial grass so that comfort is guaranteed. Direct access to the community pool is just a few steps away, so you can quickly take a dip.
We have unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning in the two main bedrooms and direct access to the beach, mobility devices and relaxation areas in the resort.
Pasito Blanco is a private resort made up of different residential complexes, a marina, a restaurant and a supermarket.
To spend a family vacation, it is a dream place to enjoy the tranquility and relax.
There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation, they will be held only on request. A child under two years old who sleeps in a crib does not pay any amount.
Meloneras is a 5-minute drive away. It is an area with a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Dunes of Maspalomas are just 10 minutes away by car.
