Located in the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with mountain views and a rest area.
The renovated house, with a modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with mountain views, outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers
- New, equipped kitchen and kitchen utensils
- Living room with sofa, dining table, smart TV
- One bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Private parking in the same building for the exclusive use of our guests
In all rooms there is free and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views.
There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.
This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.
The apartment has free private parking for our guests. The house is located on the second floor of the building and without an elevator.
