Yes, depending on the season. There is usually a minimum stay of 6 nights.

In any cases, we ask you to contact us directly by phone or email to inform us. Then, depending on the accommodation, there might be a property manager to help you immediately with your problem (electrical matter, break, etc…).

All the accommodations have Internet access connection speed.

Checkout time for our properties is 10am, which allows our cleaners to enter the property after you leave and clean it time for future guests.

We may be able to extend your check-out, depending on arrivals and our cleaners availability. An later check-out is subject to availability, so you should check with us before applying.

As long as there is no departure on the day of your arrival there is no problem. An early entry is subject to availability, so you should check with us before applying.

A damage deposit will be required when you book your holiday, and will be refunded to you 7 business days after your departure and following a satisfactory inspection of the property. If any damages are found, you will be notified.

Please let us know if anything gets broken, damaged or worn out! It is understandable that accidents can happen and items get past their best. If you tell us we can fix/replace things as soon as possible so that future guests are not inconvenienced.

All of our properties are self-catering. If you are staying more than 7 nights you will have a complementary mid stay light clean, including changeover of linen and towels. We will advise you of the day and time that the cleaning service will call.

All our properties operate a no smoking policy inside the property, but outside at the terrace for example, is permitted.

You are able to pay online via credit card or bank transfer.

Some accommodation allow pets, but others don't. Thus, we recommend that you read well the description. In case you're not clear about it you can always ask us :) In the properties that do allow pets we request an extra charge of €50 per pet and per stay.

We'll always welcome you, show you around the house and give you useful advice on the area and what to do during your holiday. In case you arrive late and your accommodation has self-check-in (key box), we'll visit you the next day to complete the process.

Pool heating has an additional cost. In some houses, the barbecue service has also a extra cost. Pay attention in each house descriptions.

  • A cleaning with change of towels and sheets for stays of more than 7 nights. For example, if your stay is 8 nights, you'll have an intermediate cleaning.

  • 1 cot and 1 highchair per property free of charge for children under 2 years of age, are provided upon request
  • Weekly pool and garden maintenance

Normally, any cancellation or modification is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

These types of events are not allowed in our accommodations.

No, check-ins are always at 15:00 and check-outs at 10:00. We have some flexibility, but your check-in time has nothing to do with your check-out time. Keep in mind that we can receive a reservation to enter the same day you leave, and we'll have to have the house ready for them to enter at 15:00 at the latest.
