Wonderful two-storey holiday home in Meloneras with majestic garden with comfortable porch and private swimming pool with sunbeds area. Possibility of heating the pool with extra.
The property has 250m2 built above ground level on a plot of 380m2. It consists of 3 double bedrooms on the upper floor, one of them en suite with balcony overlooking the garden and pool and bathroom inside, the other with two single beds and views of the garden and the third one with double bed and views of the rear garden.
On the ground floor there is a huge living room with TV area and another dining area overlooking the porch and garden.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and laundry area.
Garage in the basement with ping pong table, bicycles, surfboards available for guests.
The Villa is located 5 minutes walk from the promenade that connects to the beach of Maspalomas and Meloneras. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Meloneras promenade to the Maspalomas Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the wonderful Maspalomas Beach with its impressive dunes - a natural landscape.
Along the promenade, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, focused on high level tourism as the area has the best 5 star hotels in the south of the island.
