With direct views of the Atlantic Ocean 🌊, this house offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy, and a privileged location 📍.
The house is divided over two floors:

☀️ Spacious terrace with a private pool (5.80 x 3.00 x 1.40 m), Balinese bed, sun loungers, outdoor dining area with table and chairs 🍽️, and outdoor sofas for relaxing in the fresh air.
🛋️ Open-plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sea views. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels.
👨🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian and filter coffee makers, wine fridge, and all necessary utensils.
1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and walk-in wardrobe.
1 full bathroom with shower.
Private garage with space for 2 cars.
Landscaped outdoor areas.

Pool heating service is available at an extra cost of 210€/week, payable in cash on the day of arrival. Maximum temperature: 27ºC. Please notify us 5 days in advance to activate it.

🧹 Weekly full cleaning included (for stays longer than 8 nights), with change of bed linen and towels, and pool cleaning/maintenance twice a week.
