New holiday home completely renovated in 2022, managed by Canariasgetaway (visit our website), three minutes walk from Puerto Rico beach, in a small complex with just a few neighbours and extremely quiet-It has been designed for the comfort and rest of travellers who want to enjoy one of the places with the most sunshine hours in Gran Canaria.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one single - very bright exteriors. It also has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a fantastic balcony with views of the quiet and relaxing pool and capacity for 3 people.
The 50 m² accommodation, cosy and very bright, has views of the pool, garden and ravine that flows into the fantastic Puerto Rico Beach, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for both short holidays and slightly longer stays.
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has: air conditioning in the living room, international channels, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, and Smart TV.

The blame for this entire situation lies with the good weather experienced in Puerto Rico practically all year round. A soft sun that seems not to want to leave this small valley in the south of Gran Canaria, nor its beach nor the apartments and hotels that dot the cliffs.

Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria, is one of the places in Europe that brings together the largest number of people determined to sunbathe even in the middle of December.
That soft sun, which is distributed practically twelve months including winters. The same soft sun that has turned the small beach of Puerto Rico and its neighbouring Amadores beach into one of the places with the best climate in all of Spain.
The Puerto Rico beach, with just over 280 metres in length, stands out for its family and relaxed atmosphere: the youngest enjoy playing with the golden sand and learning to swim on the shore while the older ones rest with all the tranquillity they desire. It is a welcoming beach where the sea is always calm, making it ideal for enjoying a swim at any time of the year.
Sunbeds and umbrellas and the proximity of a wide variety of shops and services make it possible to spend the whole day with the family on Puerto Rico beach. The visitor can read a book in the shade, take a kayak ride or enjoy a refreshing drink under the sun. Although it can be accessed by bus, it has a car park for those who decide to come in their own vehicle.

A spectacular apartment renovated in 2021 on the beachfront, where magical sunrises and sunsets await you, and unlimited wifi and high speed 300mbs.
Located at the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with materials and finishes of the highest quality and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views, sun loungers and a seating area.

The house renovated in 2021, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with sea views, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area.
- Kitchen equipped with dining table and kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofas and Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all the sport in Europe such as Spanish League, Premier League...
- A bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and direct access to the terrace.
- A bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
- A bathroom with a shower.

In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi, speed 300mbs.

The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views of the beach.

There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.

This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.

There is the possibility to rent a parking space during your stay in front of the building. This cost is not included in the reservation. Approximate prices, 44€ one week, 55€ two weeks.
