It has a large terrace with sea views with 2 sun loungers and dining table. It also has air conditioning and private parking in the same building.
The house with sea views, renovated in 2022, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with sea views.
- Outdoor living room with sofas, that connects the terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...).
- One bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
- One bedroom with a single bed and air conditioning.
- One bathroom with shower.
In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited wifi.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has an elevator from the street (not from the garage).
