The house has three bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed, a living room with two comfortable sofas, Smart TV with all the international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...) and all the sports in Europe such as the Spanish League, Premier League..., 600mb high-speed and unlimited Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers. The terrace has a lounger, dining table and a barbecue, where you can prepare an excellent barbecue.
There is a cot available for children under two years of age. Please let us know when making your reservation, as the cot and high chair are only available on request.
The complex has a large community pool with sun loungers and parasols for your enjoyment and is characterized by its tranquility and harmony, where you can relax while enjoying the sun.

The surrounding region offers many other great beaches to explore. Las Palmas, the island's main settlement, is a 30-minute drive down the coast.
In Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés you do not need a car. With bus or taxi (very cheap) you can reach all places of interest. The journey from the house to the idyllic Maspalomas beach by taxi is less than €5 and 5 minutes.
There is a bus stop and taxis nearby to be able to move to the beach or to any area you want.

Fully equipped induction kitchen, with dishwasher, wine cellar and all the necessary utensils for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and Italian coffee machine.
