The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, making it perfect for up to 4 guests.
Air conditioning is available throughout all rooms, ensuring comfort all year round.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need if you love cooking. It also has its own utility room with washing machine, a great bonus for longer stays. The living room features a 65" TV with international channels and sports, and the modern shower bathroom complete a space designed for your total well-being.
The entire apartment has unlimited high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps).

Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist centres in the Canary Islands. It is a very popular beach, but its 300 metres in length and 110 metres in width allow you to rest comfortably in a hammock sunbathing or relax under an umbrella. The beach is protected by a breakwater, providing it with safety and tranquillity, ideal for the enjoyment of the youngest. Precisely for this reason, this welcoming beach with toasted sand is one of the preferred ones for families.

Cosy holiday home in San Agustin in the south of Gran Canaria, renovated in July 2022.
The accommodation consists of 45 m², has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It has a garden of 20m2, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings or sunbathing.
It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustin", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.
It has a garden with terrace furniture, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 satellite TV with languages: Spanish, English, German.

San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which maintains all the characteristic advantages of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less crowded. On its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are also many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat.
