With direct street-level access and a fully independent entrance, the feeling of privacy begins before you even step through the door. And once inside, you'll discover that the outdoor space goes beyond expectations: the apartment features two terraces, perfect for having breakfast in the sun, reading in the shade, or simply soaking up the warm Gran Canaria evenings.
The main terrace has 4 sun loungers, a Balinese bed and a dining table. The front terrace has another 4 sun loungers and chairs, ideal for enjoying the sunrise.
