Comfortable and centrally located holida home, in the city centre of Las Palmas, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for up to 5 people. Ideal for families.
The accommodation has lift, unlimited internet access - Wifi, hairdryer, 3 TVs and radio.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle.
The house is located in the city centre, with all the services that a big city like Las Palmas has to offer and just 800 metres from the fantastic and emblematic Las Canteras beach, considered one of the best urban beaches in the world.
Located next to one of the most emblematic parks in the city: Parque Santa Catalina, an example of life on the edge of the street. It is home to the Science Museum and the Miller Building, which hosts cultural activities. Santa Catalina Park is also the nerve centre of the Carnival events and the Theatre and Dance Festival held in the summer months.
In addition, less than 100 metres away, the Parque Marítimo del muelle de Santa Catalina is an authentic viewpoint to enjoy the stay of the large tourist cruise ships in the Port of Las Palmas; a solarium or water front, which is suspended above the sea, divided into two levels with a grandstand and a ramp that connects them, in a space of 1,262 square metres.
